Yuzefi offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all full-priced items that are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Please note that sale items and personalized pieces are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original branded packaging and dust bags, ensuring the shipment is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
